Form for donation of items to be sold by the pre-school can be found here (PDF)
or as a Microsoft Word document.
- Fill in the top part of the donation form (everything above the "Result of sale" section). The pre-school will contact you after the sale when you will have the option to donate the proceeds - with 28% tax relief provided by the government !
